Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Allergic Reactions We list all ingredients on every product. Please review them carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known skin sensitivities. Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
